Extensions are available for an additional $15.00 fee, and allow customers until the last day of the month to pay their bills. All extension requests must be made in writing, either in person at City Hall, or by filling out the form below:

Bills are due on the 10th of each month. Accounts not paid by the 10th will be assessed a $15.00 late fee, unless the due date is a Saturday or Sunday. If the 10th of the month in question is a Saturday or Sunday, customers have until 5:00PM the following Monday to pay without incurring a late fee.

Accounts not paid by the 21st of each month are to be shut off. Once account is shut off for non-payment, a $30.00 reconnect fee in addition to the delinquent bill shall be paid prior to restoration of service.
